However you feel best! If we're at your home, we can absolutely picture a milk bath with flowers, but equally lingerie, or something more conventional, matching your partner or your older children!

It's a gift that always lands well! And one we can turn into a newborn session if the mother-to-be doesn't feel up to a pregnancy shoot.

Time that will pass so quickly with this tiny one. Faster than any parent would want.
The idea is to create intimate photographs of you and your baby. The session follows their rhythm, with breaks for cuddles or a feed if needed — no stress, and all in kindness.
Ideally for your little one, within their first fifteen days.
But I also love a baby's first smiles at 2 months, your still-chubby 6-month-old, or a slightly bigger baby celebrating their first birthday!
No, and that is a deliberate choice.
I love how honest your home is — those walls that hold the night-time crying, the laughter, the tears of joy at a first smile or of despair through a difficult feed or a sleepless night. I love everything that speaks of who you are — and to me, nothing will ever speak of you more than your own home.
Don't worry about mess or a lack of space: if something is in my way when I arrive, I'll simply move it. Your bed with a white sheet, your sofa, a spot by a sheer curtain — and that's all it takes.
It makes a lovely gift, and gives parents priceless memories.

We always manage to make something of a session, with plenty of love, patience and kindness. I would never leave after an hour without having what I came for.
That said, if you can see that baby is uncomfortable — or that you are — on the morning of the session, we can happily move it.

Of course. That said, if a newborn is involved, your home is the better choice — it suits this kind of session far more.
I stay for an hour: generally, depending on the children's ages, that's enough for everyone to enjoy it without it becoming a chore.
That said, if the session takes a while to get going, I'm happy to stay longer.
No panic: we'll reschedule! Or take shelter at your place! :)
The advantage of sessions at home is that children can take breaks.
I love children's bedrooms with a pirate ship or a princess castle — they become the stage for a wonderfully spontaneous session.
